Please note the following
- Transfer fees are regulated by the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
- Transfer duty is the amount due, owing, and payable to the South African Revenue Services and is determined with the value of the purchase price.
- Disbursements are payments that the transferring attorney must make on your behalf to obtain certain clearances and receipts.
- The Deeds office fee is charged by the Government and regulated accordingly.
- Should it be a Sectional title please add an amount of R4 500-00 (Four thousand five hundred rand) excluding Vat to the amount calculated for any exclusive use area that will be ceded by way of Notarial fee.
